Our company believes advocacy is greatest tool at our disposal in the fight on vaping bans. Theses sites listed on this page, are the groups we support.
BEAA - Breath Easier Alliance Of Alabama
Founded in March of 2015, the Breathe Easier Alliance of Alabama (BEAA) is a paid membership of vape/e-cig business owners and individuals seeking to protect vaping in Alabama.
The BEAA believes vaping is a financial and public health boon for our state. The vaping industry is responsible for creating over 200 new small businesses (since 2012) that employ over 2000 people in Alabama, all while facilitating a reduced-harm alternative for millions of adult tobacco users across the state.
We are partnered with Angi Stalnaker (lobbyist) to ensure our industry and lifestyle are protected and treated fairly under Alabama law.
Because we are the only vape and e-cig lobby group in Alabama, everyone who has an interest in vaping should like and support us. Our efforts have already resulted in two vape tax bills being killed within 2015.
In addition to our direct legislative influence, our efforts are focused on public awareness, local and state level calls-to-action, and data collection.
If you want to protect vaping in Alabama, join the BEAA as a member/owner or an individual, and help us maintain a financially-backed, imposing, and influential presence in Montgomery and jurisdictions everywhere across the state.
Vapor Technology Association
VTA’s mission is focused. Through innovative leadership in the industry, we strive to
- Promote greater public health through smart regulations and responsible public policies
- Transform the public debate around the vapor industry and dispel distorted and misleading information about vapor products
- Keep the vapor market open and competitive across the board
- Protect small business owners and their employees by ensuring the long-term viability of the vapor industry
United Vapers Alliance
United Vapers Alliance (UVA) plans to educate the public and politicians regarding the benefits of harm reduction via vapor products, and will strongly convey that changes must be made, within the FDA, to provide an economically feasible pathway to market. Currently, the FDA pathway to market is not obtainable for small and medium size manufacturers. The only entities that can afford the FDA pathway to market is Big Tobacco, while more than 11,000 family owned vapor businesses will shut their doors. Left unchallenged, 99% of the vapor products, will exit the market in May, 2020. UVA plans to do this via social media, public events and grassroots activism.
The Consumer Advocates for Smoke-free Alternatives Association (CASAA) is a non-profit 501(c)(4) organization with an all-volunteer board and a grassroots membership of more than two hundred thousand individuals from all walks of life, and we are growing daily. We are a consumer organization, not a trade association. We are dedicated to ensuring the availability of reduced harm alternatives to smoking and to providing smokers and non-smokers alike with honest information about those alternatives so that they can make informed choices.
